Girls with LD often present different – and in many ways more complex – academic and social profiles than boys with LD. In this interactive presentation, David Sylvestro, CSP and Hallie Buckingham, EdD will provide participants with an overview of successful strategies for helping pre- and adolescent girls with learning disabilities develop self-esteem, maintain more satisfying interpersonal relationships and practice better self-advocacy skills.
